With us, you aren’t just covered by a brand new roof.

We take a lot of pride in the build quality of our homes. And in making sure you receive excellent customer service. But we don’t stop there. We’re also registered with the New Homes Quality Board – to give you even more peace of mind.

What is the New Homes Quality Board (NHQB)?

The NHQB is a non-profit organisation that focuses on improving the quality of new homes and the service provided by homebuilders. They have a framework of requirements that developers like us follow called the Code of Practice.

This code ensures all aspects of your new home are covered. From the moment you step into a sales office, until two years after you pick up the keys to your shiny, new home.

How does the NHQB look after you?

While this is unlikely to happen with us, if you are disappointed with a brand new home you bought or the service you received, the NHQB will help to deliver a fair outcome. And possibly provide compensation if necessary.

The Code of Practice also includes access to the independent New Homes Ombudsman Service (NHOS), who will impartially investigate and resolve complaints on brand new homes. Giving you another layer of reassurance.

Who is covered by the Code of Practice?

All homebuyers that purchase a home from a developer with an active registration with the NHQB are protected. The good news is – we are.

Homes reserved from 5th March 2024 are covered by the New Homes Quality Code, if you reserved a property before this date, you are covered by The Consumer Code.
